Job Description:

• Support in new product design and drawing.
• Support in study and evaluation for product and quality improvement.
• Responsible in developing the SOP/ work instructions.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/ processes related to efficiency.
• Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding principles and polymer behavior
• Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines
• Understanding of mould design
• Expertise in defect analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with scientific moulding and process validation
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mould designs
• Basic understanding of automation and robotics (preferred)

Software & Tools

• Experience with process monitoring systems and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and manufacturing documentation systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in regulated industries (automotive, medical, plastic packaging) is an advantage
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 (as applicable)
