Core Responsibilities
Contract Administration
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts
• Ensure contracts comply with company policy and legal terms
• Track contract lifecycle (draft → approval → execution)
Cost & Project Support
• Support cost estimation and budget control for projects
• Assist in variation order (VO) evaluation
• Monitor project cost vs contract value
Claims & Variations
• Handle progress claims and subcontractor claims
• Evaluate variation orders (additional works / changes)
• Assist in dispute resolution with clients / subcontractors
Tender / Procurement Support
• Assist in tender preparation and documentation
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers / subcontractors
• Support procurement negotiation
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare contract status reports
• Maintain contract database and documentation system
• Support contract manager in reporting to management
Coordination Role
• Liaise with project team, QS, procurement, Finance
• Coordinate between site and office for contract matters
Education Requirement
• Diploma / Degree in:
• Quantity Surveying (QS)
• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering
• Building / Construction related field
