Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Present and promote medical devices focused on sleep and respiratory care.
• Provide product training, usage guidance, and application support to customers.
• Resolve and respond customers’ inquiries and questions promptly.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Attend and support medical events, workshops, CMEs, and symposiums.
• Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and field feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and improve sales performance.
• Maintain detailed reports on sales activities and customer engagement.

Entry Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, organised and able to multitask.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Trainings will be provided for all successful candidates.
• Two (2) Full-Time positions available.
• Based in Klang Valley.
